Abstract submission opens on 1 March 2027. The online submission form will be available on this page when submissions open. No payment is required at the abstract-submission stage.

Prepare your abstract
Use the OLC 2027 abstract template. Download or make your own copy rather than editing the shared template.
- Prepare one A4 page, including figures and references.
- Submit one PDF file, no larger than 10 MB.
- Include the abstract title, all authors and their numbered affiliations, and identify the presenting author.
- Select Oral or Poster and the most relevant scientific topic. The Program Committee decides the final presentation allocation.
Review and registration
The Program Committee will review submitted abstracts. Organizers will email the decision and invite accepted presenters to complete the separate registration stage. Please use the same presenting-author name and email for abstract submission and registration.
Plenary and invited-speaker categories are arranged directly with the organizers. Formally invited speakers may send their abstract by replying to their organizing contact.
